Privacy Policy

Privacy online is a hot topic so I wanted to take this opportunity to share the privacy policy as it applies to this website.

If you join the Book Club newsletter by signing up and giving your name and e-mail address, this information will not be transferred, sold or shared with a third party. This website only has access to collect information that you give via email or the sign-up form (your name and email address).

This information will only be used to send you newsletters and information about Shauna Bickley and her books.

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter.

You may visit this site as often as you like without providing any personally identifying information (such as your name, address or e-mail address). We do not collect personally identifying information from you except when you specifically provide it, for example signing up for the Book Club newsletter, and we protect the information we receive. We also use cookies to identify your browser so that we can provide the best link to our site.

Cookies are electronic tags that most major websites place on your computer in the process of sending your computer a file, such as a Web page. In no event does the cookie tell us anything about your visits to other websites or your use of the Internet in any other way.

If you would prefer not to receive any cookies, most browsers can be set to refuse cookies or to alert you when one is being sent. It is possible, however, that some portions of this site may not function properly if the cookies are disabled.

We use MailerLite to manage the email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to Book Club subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. MailerLite’s privacy policy is available at
