I am thrilled that my new novel is finally ready to be unleashed on the world. Andrew of Design for Writers has done another amazing job with the cover, and for once I managed to come up with the title early in the project.
The book took a little longer in the editing process than I wanted due to life and other associated interruptions, but I got there in the end. As befits a chick-lit / romance novel it will be released on 14 February, but is on Amazon for pre-release ordering.
‘Anna King writes horoscopes, but when she discovers her boyfriend has been cheating and she is about to lose her part-time job as a cook her belief in love and in her talent is shattered.
If she couldn’t figure out Oliver was sleeping with someone else and that the café owner was about to sell up, how can she call herself an astrologer? Without a job and her personal life at an all-time low, Anna and her best friend Corinne decide to start a Girl Friday business. As if they don’t have enough problems with a new business and a lack of clients, Corinne decides the best way for Anna to rebuild her confidence is to get back into the dating scene.
Even if we can find the answers in the stars, do we always understand the consequences?’
